METHOD OF DESIGNING HYDRAULIC PRESS OPERATING CYLINDER

A housing of hydraulic press operating cylinder comprises a wall connected to a support flange and a bottom by profiled fillets. In the axial part of a bottom a hole is made for supplying hydraulic fluid into the inner cavity of the cylinder. The fillet connecting the wall and inner surface of the bottom is deepened to form a protrusion on the inner end of the bottom. In the bottom of housing a channel is made connecting the hole for supplying working fluid into the interior of the cylinder with the deepest place of the fillet.
