A device for tightness testing of articles and measurement of leakage rate where working chamber of the controlled article tightened with sealing units is filled through valve with compressed air that is used for hydraulic tests, besides that it includes a control chamber connected to sealing unit, this tightens the inlet of the working chamber of the controlled article, this includes a valve installed at its inlet, through that to control chamber from gas source gas at pressure same to that of gas that comes from the gas source to working chamber of the control article is supplied, and differential pressure sensor placed between the working chamber of the controlled article and the control chamber. |
