<p>Disclosed is a fluorine-containing composition comprising a fluorine-containing polymer comprising a repeating unit derived from a fluorine-containing monomer represented by formula (a): CH2=C(-X)-C(=O)-Y-Z-(CL(CF3)-CH2)a-Rf (in the formula: X is a hydrogen atom, a monovalent organic group, or a halogen atom; Y is -O- or -NH-; Z is a direct bond or a divalent organic group; Rf is a fluoroalkyl group having 1-20 carbon atoms; L is a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, or a hydrogen atom; and a is an integer from 1 to 50). The fluorine-containing composition has the performance called for as a surface treatment agent, for example water/oil repellency, antifouling properties, mold release properties, adhesion to a substrate, corrosion resistance, handling, water resistance, oil resistance, and durability in the above elements of performance.</p> |
