PURPOSE: A method for transceiving an audio signal in a video conferencing system and a device thereof are provided to reduce the amount of transmission data by mixing and transmitting a multichannel audio signal as a mono signal. CONSTITUTION: An audio signal transmitting device converts two or more audio signals into digital signals respectively(S510).
