PURPOSE: A toilet bowl device for a navy ship and an operation method thereof are provided to increase space utilization by integrating a convector to the toilet bowl. CONSTITUTION: A toilet bowl device for a navy ship comprises a release button(12), a water inlet(20), a heating coil(31), a heating tank(40), and a vacuumulator. The release button is connected to the top of a FD valve device(10) and is pressed to remove sewage. The water inlet supplies washing liquid into a toilet bowl(50). The washing liquid and the heating coil are arranged inside the heating tank so that hot water and steam can be generated by the heat of the heating coil. The vacuumulator is connected to a pipe(42) connected to the toilet bowl to draw in the sewage at low pressure.
