<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a person who does not have much electrical knowledge to safely activate an electrical apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An activation control system includes used electric power measuring means for measuring a current used electric power amount of a power distribution system on the downstream side of a breaker for power distribution, and an activation control device which is built in to an electrical apparatus connected to the downstream of the breaker for power distribution. The activation control device acquires the current used electric power amount of the power distribution system from the used electric power measuring means, adds the data to data on the used electric amount of the electrical apparatus to which the activation control device is built in, calculates the used electric power amount of the power distribution system when the electrical apparatus is activated, determines whether the calculated used electric power amount is within an allowable range of electric power of the breaker for power distribution, and permits the electrical apparatus to be activated when the calculated used electric power amount is within the range or prohibits the electrical apparatus to be activated when the calculated amount is out of the range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
