<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead-free alloy for fixing between ceramics and metal fittings capable of improving productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The alloy for fixing between ceramics and metal fittings is used for fixing a mounting metal fitting and a fixing metal fitting to a ceramic box-shaped cutout. The alloy for fixing between ceramics and metal fittings has a composition consisting of 25-50 mass% Sb, 10-25 mass% Cu, and the balance Sn, a liquidus temperature of ≤420°C, and a solidus temperature of ≥280°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
