MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION DEVICE AND COATING APPLICATOR USED IN THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate bubbles in a sealing resin which is used at a sealing process during the assembly of a photoelectric conversion device.

SOLUTION: A coating applicator includes: a heat stage 41 which may support a module where multiple solar cells SC are disposed on a base material substrate 30; a slit coater head 42 which is disposed above the heat stage 41 and applies an urethane resin onto the multiple solar cells SC mounted on the heat stage 41; and an infrared heater 43 which is disposed above the heat stage 41 and heating the urethane resin applied onto the solar cells SC. In the sealing process during the assembly of a photoelectric conversion device, the infrared heater 43 heats the urethane resin applied onto the solar cells SC thereby eliminating bubbles in the urethane resin.
