The invention relates to ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy. A device for the introduction of water and gas-air mixture to sintering machine comprises gas feed, gas distributor which is hard set with downwardly directed orifices, a cap with orifices on the top wall for sucking air, damper with orifices, coinciding with the orifices in the top wall of the cap. The end walls of the cap are made in the form of equilateral trapeziums, the long bases of which are located at the bottom and sidewalls of the cap are inclined and along their length in the upper part blast valves are made. The gas distributor is fixed in the cavity of the cap to ensure output of the gas-air mixture from its orifices without ignition. The water dispenser is mounted horizontally on the outer surface of the cap side wall with the possibility of rotation and it is equipped with counterweights for its return to its original position. The conveyor machine comprises a cover or a stand with an axis fixed transversely, to which plates are mounted pivotally, in the bottom part of the plates the orifices are made for fastening the device for the introduction of water and gas-air mixture to ensure the possibility of its inclination and return to the original position. The invention allows to stabilize the process of charge agglomeration, to increase technical and economic, resource saving and environmental performance. |
