A hydro-loader includes power hydro-cylinder with traction eye and axle fixed on the rod of the power hydro-cylinder, anchor drawbar rigidly fixed on basement, connected by means of axle to the eye of the body of power hydro-cylinder, pump station with control block connected to the hydro-cylinder by means of pressure and discharge pipelines. The power hydro-cylinder is additionally equipped with controlled support props fixed on the body of power hydro-cylinder and arranged with hydro-panel that is placed on its outer surface and provided with shutoff and unloading valves and safety valve connected by means of pipelines to the piston and rod cavities of the power hydro-cylinder and the pump station formed with hydraulic elements that are functionally placed on welded tank.
