<p>Disclosed are a customer service implementation method and device. The method is realized on a call centre platform, including: receiving a call from a terminal to a designated access number (S102); prompting the terminal to input authentication information (S104); authenticating the terminal according to the authentication information input by the terminal (S106); after it is authenticated that the terminal is legal, setting register information about the terminal (S108); allocating a virtual attendant to the terminal (S110); and performing a customer service according to the register information and the virtual attendant (S112). As such, an employee in an enterprise can also obtain a virtual attendant even if he is not in the enterprise and use this virtual attendant as an actual attendant, and thus perform a customer service, which solves the problem in the related art that the office time, location and resources of the customer service system are restricted.</p> |
