PURPOSE: An uplink transmission power control method and a device thereof are provided to effectively execute uplink transmission by controlling uplink transmission voltages in each uplink resource. CONSTITUTION: A processor(1413) transmits second transmission voltage control information applied to a second uplink resource set to a terminal through a transmission module. The processor receives an uplink signal from the terminal through one or more uplink resources of a first uplink resource set based on first transmission voltage control information through a reception module.
