PURPOSE: A submerged grinder pump is provided to minimize damage to a cutter fan caused by hard foreign materials flowing in waste water and to cut solid materials flowing into the inside of a casing with the cutter fan and a second cutter plate, thereby improving cutting efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A submerged grinder pump comprises a motor unit(110), an impeller(120), a casing(130), and a cutter tool(200). The impeller is joined to a rotary shaft(114) extended from the motor unit, thereby rotating with the rotary shaft. The casing is joined to the motor unit and includes an inlet(131) and an outlet(132), and the impeller is installed inside the casing. The cutter device is installed in the inlet, thereby cutting solid materials flowing into the inside of the casing. The cutter device is composed of an intake cover(210), a first cutter plate(220), a cutter fan(230), and a second cutter plate(240). |
