<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sheet for a solar battery sealing material which allows ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer pellets to absorb an organic peroxide, a polyfunctional monomer, and a silane coupling agent uniformly in a short time and can uniformly crosslink when a photovoltanic module is produced. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the sheet for the solar battery sealing material which uses at least one liquid additive selected from the group consisting of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer pellets, the organic peroxide, the polyfunctional monomer, and the silane coupling agent as raw materials includes a temperature control process to control the temperature of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer pellets at 25-40°C, a mixing process in which the liquid additive is added into the temperature-controlled ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer pellets while the mixture is stirred to make the liquid additive be absorbed by the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer pellets, and a molding process in which the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer pellets containing the absorbed additive which are obtained by the mixing process are supplied to an extruder to be molded into the sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
