<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll controller or the like capable of surely detecting a desired item among a large amount of items in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The scroll controller includes a screen display part 120 for displaying a list including a plurality of areas continuing in a predetermined direction on a display screen, a touch panel 130 for receiving a scroll operation input for scrolling the list in the predetermined direction, a scroll control part 112 for executing scroll in accordance with the scroll operation input to the touch panel 130, and determining a display form of the list in the scroll, and a list display control part 113 for performing control so as to display the list on the display screen in accordance with the determined display form.
