<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen processing apparatus capable of preventing shortage of consumption articles at start-up operation. <P>SOLUTION: The specimen processing apparatus includes first and second measurement units for measuring a specimen and an information processing unit for individually processing measurement results of the first and second measurement units and acquiring respective analytical results. When receiving a shut-down instruction, the information processing unit compares a use amount of consumption articles to be used for shut-down and start-up with a present residual of consumption articles, and when predicting occurrence of shortage of consumption articles at next start-up, outputs a message for urging replenishment/replacement of consumption articles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
