<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure for an elastic columnar body, which enables individual replacement of a core column erected on an installation surface such as a road surface, a column body configuring an outer-skin part of the elastic columnar body by covering the core column, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A core column erected upward from an installation surface, and an elastic column body for covering an outer periphery of the core column by covering the core column are provided. A buried pipe opened upward is buried in the installation surface; a lower end of the core column is inserted into the inside of the buried pipe from an opening; and the core column is detachably attached to the buried pipe.
