摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillation device in which variation or the like in opening diameter of a through-hole terminal portion can be suppressed without reducing the mechanical strength of a container. <P>SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator 1 comprises, as main constituent members, a container 2, a crystal oscillating piece 3 and a cover 4. The container 2 includes a recessed 20 for accommodating the crystal oscillating piece 3 therein and a thick portion 25 and a thin portion 21 are provided on an inner bottom surface of the recess 20. The crystal oscillating piece 3 is bonded to the thick portion 25. The cover 4 seals the recess 20 air-tightly. In the thin portion 21, a pair of through holes 29, 29 are formed. Since penetration electrodes 28, 28 are formed in the thin portion 21 on the inner bottom surface of the recess 20, variation or the like in opening diameter of a through-hole terminal portion can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
