<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail system capable of eliminating complexity of access to an intranet within a company from outside the company. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic mail system sends and receives an electronic mail via a network. The electronic mail system comprises: a user information database that stores information whether or not a user is within a company or outside the company and a mobile phone number of the user therein: a voice outputting section that, when receiving an electronic mail addressed to any user, refers to the user information database, converts contents of the electronic mail into voice signals and outputs the voice signals in a case where the user is determined to be outside the company; and a call transmitting section that refers to the user information database and transmits the contents of the electronic mail converted into the voice signals to a mobile phone of the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
