<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive transfer sheet with which a conductive layer can be transferred without being damaged, and a conductive laminate including the conductive layer which has been transferred by using the conductive transfer sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In a transfer sheet 1, a transfer layer 15 is formed on a detachable surface of a detachable substrate 18 including the detachable surface. The transfer layer 15 includes a conductive layer 12 which has a polythiophene-based conductive agent or a silver nanowire-based conductive agent and is positioned in contact with the detachable surface, an intermediate layer 13 which is formed on the conductive layer 12, and an adhesive layer 14 which is formed on the intermediate layer 13.
