<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL light-emitting device which is improved in light extraction efficiency, has a light-emitting layer sufficiently sealed, is thin, and is hard to crack. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the organic EL light-emitting device and a method for manufacturing the same.
