<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for disposing a prescribed amount of a particle group for use as a display medium in an information display panel, in a prescribed position on a mask which is to be used in a process of filling a cell formed on a substrate of the information display panel. <P>SOLUTION: The method for disposing a particle group for use as a display medium in an information display panel, on a mask which is to be used in a particle filling process of filling a cell formed on a substrate of the information display panel includes a step of filling a particle supply vessel with the particle group and a step of rotating the particle supply vessel to dispose the particle group on the mask. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
