PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and easy target substance detection method utilizing interaction between substances.

SOLUTION: In a target substance detection method, interaction between a sampled target substance and a fixed trapping substance is performed in an inductive capillary including a sampling field for sampling the target substance and a reaction field for fixing the trapping substance for trapping the target substance and performing interaction between both substances to detect emitted light or radioactive information. A probe for detecting a target substance includes an inductive capillary part including a sampling part capable of sampling the target substance by a capillary and a sensitive part for fixing the trapping substance to be bound to the target substance and performing interaction between the substances.
