ASSAYS FOR DETECTION OF GLYCOSAMINOGLYCANS

Disclosed are methods, assays and kits that are useful for diagnosing and monitoring subjects with mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS). The methods, assays and kits are particulariy useful for detecting the presence of one or more glycosaminoglycans which correlate to different types of MPS and associated severity in a variety of biological samples.
