<p>The present invention achieves a stylus pen capable of accurately detecting a touch position regardless of the inclination of the stylus pen at touch operation time with respect to a capacitive touch panel. A stylus pen (100) is provided with: a pen main body portion (103) which is held by an operator and comprises a non-conductive member; a pen tip portion (102) which is formed at one end side of the pen main body portion (103) so as to become narrower toward the tip side, and which comprises a non-conductive member; and a spherical member (101) which is attached to the tip of the pen tip portion and which comprises a conductive member. A tactile contact member (104) is attached to the pen main body portion (103) so that when the operator holds the pen main body portion, a hand of the operator makes tactile contact with the tactile contact member (104), and the tactile contact member (104) and the spherical member (101) are connected by way of a conductive wire (105) which extends within the pen main body portion and the pen tip portion.</p>
