A method for obtaining callus of Miscanthus’ anthers in culture in vitro comprises preliminary cold treatment of parental material, sterilizing, preparing nutrient media. In doing so the Miscanthus’ anthers, which are sterilized by ultraviolet irradiation, are used as an explant, and, to induce morphogenesis, Murashige and Skoog modified nutrient medium is supplemented with BA, IAA, drop and sucrose. |
