The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the development of composition of high-strength cast iron for founding forming rolls. Cast iron comprises wt. %: carbon - 2.8-3.5, silicon - 1.1-2.0, manganese - 0.5-0.8, cerium - 0.04-0.05, yttrium - 0,02-0,04, lanthanum - 0.04-0.05, neodymium - 0.03-0.05, hafnium - 0.04-0.08, iron is the rest. Technical result: the strength of cast iron is higher than that known:by 5-8% andby 6-8% at high durability. |
