The object of the invention is an electromechanical device, whose principle of operation is based on the use of kinetic energy of intense vortex motion of discrete ferromagnetic working bodies and a number of associated electromagnetic factors caused by the action of inverse high-gradient magnetic fields. The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in the process electric equipment to implement the electrical technology of fine and superfine grinding substances, homogeneous mixing, producing composite powders and mixtures thereof, enrichment etc. The invention consists in that in the electromechanical device for processing materials comprising an inductor in the form of a flat magnetic circuit closed along the propagation direction of a running magnetic field with a multiphase winding laid on an active inner surface forming within a flat area of inductor, on upper and lower active parts, counter traveling magnetic fields and a working chamber with operating discrete ferromagnetic bodies located in an inter-inductor gap, on a flat portion of the inductor, the overall length of the active area makes n2t, where n - 2, 4, 6, ..., the winding is partitioned with a length of a section 2t, where t - length of a pole pitch, wherein adjacent winding sections have opposite phase sequence. Use of the invention improves the efficiency of material processing and increase output of the electromechanical device. |
