A single-grain drilling unit with precise arrangement of grains in soil, which is made as a body with a seed tank and a cellated disk with the cells arranged concentrically on outer diameter thereof, a seed catcher, a shutoff unit, a grain tube, a coulter and a disk of a unit for placing seeds into soil, a coverer and a supporting-feeling-driving wheel. The cellated disk is mounted vertically in a closed body, the left half of an internal cylindre of which is in interaction with a felt semi-circle, which is rigidly connected therewith by a known method, which is in interaction with the seeds, which are disposed in the cells while they are moving by internal surface thereof, a cellated disk is made of two parts as a base, which is rigidly mounted on a driving shaft and which is rigidly connected with the outer diameter of the base, in particular with a cylindrical removable ring with cells for grains in such a manner as to allow circular turning, in which in the middle of the outer cylindrical part in the radial direction a circular groove of the depth equal or larger than the maximum size of grains is made. Said groove is in interaction with an ejecting wedge in such a manner as to allow relative movement thereof. Said wedge is rigidly fixed in the closed body and mounted horizontally by an acute angle thereof in the moving direction of the cellated disk in such a manner as to allow regulating position thereof. In addition, the removable ring is made of nonrigid plastic, and the rejecting wedge is made of quality steel. |
