PURPOSE: A composite is provided to have ion conductivity and moisturizing ability, thereby providing excellent proton conductivity with a composite film. CONSTITUTION: A composite is represented by chemical formula 1: M(O_3P-A-(PO_3H_2)_x)_2. In chemical formula, M is a quadrivalent metal atom, A is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-20 alkylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C6-20 arylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-20 heteroarylene group, substituted or unsubstituted carbon cyclic group, or substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group; and x is a number of two or more. A fuel cell contains a composite film which includes the composite and an ion conductive polymer. The content of the composite is 1-50 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of an ion conductive polymer.
