A stay wire displacement measurement device is provided. The stay wire displacement measurement device comprises a stay wire (52) and a stay wire bi-directional guiding device. The stay wire bi-directional guiding device comprises a first guiding mechanism (20) and a second guiding mechanism (30) which are fixedly arranged. The arc guiding surface of the first guiding mechanism (20) is opposite to the arc guiding surface of the second guiding mechanism (30), and a mounting gap (40) is formed between the arc guiding surface of the first guiding mechanism (20) and the arc guiding surface of the second guiding mechanism (30). The stay wire (52) passes through the mounting gap (40) and is arranged on the first guiding mechanism (20) or the second guiding mechanism (30). According to the stay wire bi-directional guiding device of the stay wire displacement measurement device, the measurement range of the stay wire displacement measurement device is expanded, and the advantages of reduction in the length of the stay wire, simple structure, convenience for use and effective reduction in cost are achieved.
