摘要 The invention relates to methods for removal of various deposits from internal surfaces of large capacity bins with stiffening ribs and may be applied during unloading bulk materials from bins with high adhesion strength prone to caking and sticking as iron ore concentrate, ore, bauxites, charge, etc. The hopper has sloping side walls, horizontal stiffening ribs covering side walls, sloping stiffening ribs rigidly connected with horizontal ribs and pulse devices located on the outside of the sidewalls that create a deflection of a bin within the limits of elastic deformation with single mechanical pulses applied to the bin walls. The horizontal and sloping stiffening ribs in areas of application of single mechanical pulses freely abut the side walls, wherein the horizontal stiffening ribs are rigidly attached to the sidewalls at the corners of the bin. The invention allows without any significant changes of its design, for example, equipping the bin with additional vibrating sheets to achieve effective failure of arches and remove suspended and stuck loose materials from inside surfaces with high adhesion strength prone to caking and sticking.
