PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce trouble which may occur at electric facilities installed in individual areas while suppressing all electric power consumed by the electric facilities to an upper limit value or less.

SOLUTION: When consumable electric power (an upper-limit value of electric power that all electric facilities can consume) is distributed by electric facilities in the individual areas that consume electric power (request electric power) needed for operation and electric facilities in a common area and there are electric facilities in an individual area that cannot secure request electric power, a power control system 10 reduces the electric power supplied to the electric facilities arranged in the common area, and supplies the electric power corresponding to the reduction to the electric facilities in the individual area that cannot secure the request electric power.
