<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify direct operability by staff at a direct sales store and a producer and to simply place additional orders in accordance with sales. <P>SOLUTION: A direct sales store terminal 11 installed on the direct sales store side of commodities designates at least one commodity item and transmits item information of the designated commodity to an E-mail distribution server 14. The E-mail distribution server 14 manages an E-mail address of a producer terminal 12 in association with commodity items the producer is able to ship at a DB part 22, searches the DB part 22 for the E-mail address of the producer terminal 12 associated with the commodity item with the commodity item information received from the direct sales store terminal 11 as a key, extracts it, generates a group of text data for requesting replenishment of at least one commodity shown in the commodity item information received from the direct sales store terminal 11, generates E-mail messages addressed to respective extracted producer terminals 12, and transmits the generated E-mail messages to the E-mail addresses of the extracted producer terminals 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
