<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device capable of preventing false operation due to erroneous setting when a program or the like is changed. <P>SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device 100 includes: one or a plurality of mode setting terminals 102; a ROM 110 for storing a normal program therein; a RAM 130, when a starting mode is set by one or the plurality of mode setting terminals 102 at the time of power supply, having a storage area for replacing at least a part of the normal program with a correction program; and a CPU 120 for, after the starting mode is changed to a normal mode, executing the correction program replaced with at least a part of the normal program stored in the ROM 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
