The invention relates to a method for activation of helper T-cells, comprising stage of peptide WT1 adding to antigen-presenting cells, and by means of this activation of helper T-cells is carried out, where peptide WT1 is able to bind at least two molecules selected from the group: HLA-DRBP1*1501, HLA-DPB1*0901 i HLA-DPB1*0501. The invention also relates to the method for treatment and/or prevention of cancer by activation of helper T-cells. |
