METHOD FOR GENETIC MARKING AND SELECTING TREES WITH LARGE AMOUNT OF HETEROZYGOUS SEEDS IN NATURAL POPULATIONS OF THE CAUCASIAN PINE

摘要

A method for genetic marking and selecting trees with large amount of heterozygous seeds in natural populations of the Caucasian pine comprises electrophoretic separation of isoenzymes and determining the genotypes according to the data of isoenzyme loci. Heterozygous genotypes of isoenzyme loci of glutamate dehydrogenase (Gdh), glutamate-oxalacetate-transaminase (Got-2) and diaphorase (Dia-1) are used as genetic markers of trees.
