METHOD FOR IMPARTING SHAPE STABILITY TO GARMENT PARTS OF ARTIFICIAL LEATHER

摘要

A method for imparting shape stability to the garment parts of artificial leather comprises gas-dynamic atomization of polymer material on the reverse side by means of an ejection head. As polymer material a semi-product (recyclate) is used which is produced in the process of chemical recycling polyethylene terephthalate wastes and whose viscosity is 600-1500 mPas under the temperature 150 °C. In the zone of polymer material exit from the ejection head nozzle the temperature 150-165 °C is created and treatment of the garment parts is carried out at the distance (0.7-0.8) m from the ejection head nozzle.
