PURPOSE: A method for knitting a spacer fabric and the spacer fabric are provided to be used as a cushion and a back support. CONSTITUTION: A method for knitting a spacer fabric comprises: a step of differentiating stitching of a surface knitted fabric and a back side knitted fabric and repeating the stitching; a step of repeating stitching steps and forming a stitch; and a step of forming next stitch and forming a final stitch to tuck connected by a connection thread.
