PURPOSE: A functional health bed is provided to perform a circulation of the blood or a low frequency muscular exercise of foot or leg efficiently and conveniently while lying down on a mattress. CONSTITUTION: A functional health bed comprises a functional mattress(220) which is installed to be able to rotate 90 degrees to one side of a mattress(200) comprised on a bed; a low frequency foot pad(240) installed at a lower side of the functional mattress; a low frequency controller(230) installed at an upper side of the functional mattress; and a heating mat(210) installed at a lower part of the upper side of the mattress. If a user folds the functional mattress, the functional mattress becomes horizontal with the mattress and functions as a regular mattress. If the user raises the functional mattress to 90 degrees, the functional mattress is able to do a low frequency foot massage.
