<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granules obtained by solidifying a coated granular composition having a core containing a colorant covered with a coated layer, which dissolve in the mouth to be easily taken in, prevent the coated layer from disintegration and thus prevent the colorant of the core from dissolving in the mouth, and are in the form of granules to be swallowed as they are so as to have no problem of dyeing the mouth with the colorant. <P>SOLUTION: The fast-dissolving granules comprise coated granules having the core containing the colorant and a layer containing a substance hardly soluble in water at normal temperature which covers the core, a granulation substrate which easily disperses in water, and an acidulant.
