<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soft serve ice cream that sufficiently delays melting and dripping start without adversely affecting other characteristics such as viscosity, texture, flavor, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The soft serve ice cream contains a plant pulp-derived microfibrous cellulose.
