<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately determine viewing restriction of IP distribution even in a mobile reception device having varied present position information. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving a content provided from a broadcast station portal server 4 through a communication network 10, a mobile reception device 5B detects the present position information by a signal received from a satellite, and transmits broadcast station information of a reception target to the broadcast station portal server 4 along with a postal code corresponding to the position information at appropriate times of reception start and after the start of reception. If distribution discrimination information indicating that the broadcast station portal server 4 can distribute the content is transmitted, the mobile reception device 5B allows the reception of the content through the communication network 10, whereas if distribution discrimination information indicating that the broadcast station portal server 4 cannot distribute the content is transmitted, the mobile reception device 5B suspends reception through the communication network 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
