<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory making toy housing a plurality of parts in a case and thereby making interesting accessories. <P>SOLUTION: A first plate 53 holding first accessory parts 531 is mounted to a first mounting member 31, a second plate 54 holding second accessory parts 541 is mounted to a second mounting member 32, the first plate 53 and the second plate 54 are rotated, and a desired first accessory part 531 and second accessory part 541 are selected and positioned in a common area 22.
