Provided is a polypropylene resin composition which has an excellent property of forming separated cells and an excellent extrusion property and enables the production of an expanded molding having a light weight, a rigid feeling and an excellent recycling property. The polypropylene resin composition is characterized by containing a component (A) as mentioned below in an amount of 70 to 100 wt%: component (A): which is composed of at least two components, i.e., a propylene-alpha-olefin copolymer (A1) fulfilling the requirements (A-1) to (A-3) mentioned below and a propylene homopolymer (A2), is produced by polymerizing the components (A1) and (A2) by a multi-stage polymerization method, contains the component (A1) at a content of 1 to 20 wt%, contains the component (A2) at a content of 99 to 80 wt%, has a melt flow rate of 5 to 20 g/10 minutes, and exhibits strain hardenability in an elongation viscosity measurement that is carried out at a temperature of 180°C and a strain rate of 10 s-1. (A-1) The alpha-olefin content is 15 to 85 wt%. (A-2) The intrinsic viscosity (eta) is 5 to 20 dl/g. (A-3) The Mw/Mn ratio is 5 to 15. |
