PURPOSE: A relay network communication method and a device using the same are provided to obtain a restriction condition related to relay power including optimal performance by obtaining the amplification coefficient of relay nodes. CONSTITUTION: A power condition determination unit(930) determines whether a channel, which is used in a relay network, of a bandwidth is smaller than a reciprocal number. An amplification coefficient determination unit(940) determines the amplification coefficient of a relay node based on information related to a channel according to the determination. An amplification and relaying unit(950) amplifies information received from a source node in a time slot for relaying the information to a destination node according to an amplification and transmission method corresponding to the amplification coefficient. The amplification and relaying unit relays the amplified information to the destination node.
