PURPOSE: A ply yarn fabricated by twisting general yarn and copper yarn is provided to ensure antibacterial and deodorizing effects and to reduce corrosion of the copper yarn during washing. CONSTITUTION: A ply yarn(30) is fabricated by twisting copper yarn(20) on general yarn(10) selected among nylon, rayon, and spun yarn at 100-1000rpm to prevent cleavage of the copper yarn due to centrifugal force. The ply yarn is fabricated by further winding the twisted yarn with general yarn to reduce corrosion due to washing. |
