A liquid crystal display panel (200), a flexible circuit board, and a liquid crystal display device. Bonding pads (220, 240) between the liquid crystal display panel (200) and the flexible circuit board are designed to be in three rows, so that more bonding pads (220, 240) may be placed without increasing the total bonding width, so as to be used for manufacturing a high-resolution panel. Further, the three rows of bonding pads (220, 240) may have different areas, and the circuit board bonding pad (240) and the panel bonding pad (220) required to be bonded may also have different areas, so that when the circuit board bonding pad (240) and the panel bonding pad (220) are aligned, a bonding error incurred by shifted machine alignment is not likely to occur. Further, by designing the suitable area, the bonding area of each circuit board bonding pad (240) and each panel bonding pad (220) are controlled to be substantially the same, so as to ensure equal contact resistance thereof.
