PURPOSE: Device and method transmitting data are provided to quickly and maximally recover a lost data packet and to stably transceive massive data by generating an excessive data packet and transmitting the data packet and excessive data packet after confirming data pattern analysis of a data packet to be transmitted in case of transception of a data packet using a wireless channel.
