摘要 PURPOSE: A tubular hydrogen separation membrane module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to comprise a metal film having a hydrogen transfer film and a metal film having the characteristics of hydrogen separation and transfer to improve the characteristic of hydrogen separation and to separate high purity hydrogen from a mixed gas containing hydrogen. CONSTITUTION: A tubular hydrogen separation membrane module includes a tubular support(110) having a porous ceramic material; a hydrogen transfer film(130) of a ceramic material of a ceramic material and a metal film(140). A tube(120) providing a path discharging hydrogen gas is formed inside the tubular support. The nano-sized pores are formed on the hydrogen transfer film, whereby the hydrogen transfer film has the characteristic of transferring hydrogen to the tubular support. The metal layer is formed on the outside of the hydrogen transfer film and has the characteristics of hydrogen separation and transfer, thereby separating hydrogen from a mixed gas containing hydrogen and discharging the separated hydrogen to the hydrogen transfer film. The average pore size of the hydrogen transfer film is 0.01-1Mm. The porosity of the hydrogen transfer film is 0.1-0.2 which is smaller than the porosity of the tubular support. The hydrogen transfer film is composed of a film denser than the tubular support. The porosity of the metal layer is smaller than the porosity of the hydrogen transfer film. The metal layer comprises a film denser than the hydrogen transfer film.
